| Applicant: Contact the
department of your major to request an
application. Each department requires
different information, so do not use
material received from one department to
apply to another. You may not apply to
more than department at a time. Follow
the department’s instructions so your
application can be processed quickly.
For more information, please see our
Graduate Admissions Website. Department: The department will make a decision concerning your acceptance into its program and send you a letter of acceptance and information concerning an assistantship, if applicable. The department will send the Application for Visa Document form and financial information, submitted with your application, to International Student Services. The acceptance information will also be forwarded to the Graduate School.
Graduate School: The Graduate School makes the final admissions decision.
International Student Services: International Student Services is automatically notified after the Graduate School makes the offer of admission. ISS will then open a file for review for issuing the appropriate visa eligibility document (I-20 or DS-2019). ISS will contact you if more information is needed. ISS will issue and send your visa eligibility document when all information needed to do so is on file. Orientation and other pre-arrival information will be included with the visa document.
You can track the status of your
application on-line by going to the
Graduate Application Status Inquiry. |
